Mr. Smith is concurrently President and co-owner of Construction Consulting, a general contracting firm, and Managing General Partner in numerous real estate partnerships.

Mr. Smith has been actively engaged in real estate in the state of California for nearly forty years. He is a past member of the Marin County Board of Realtors, the San Joaquin Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a member of the Fresno Economic Development Corporation, Director of the Fresno Area Workforce Investment Board, and a member of the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. He has participated in the organization of more than 25 partnerships for the purpose of acquiring, developing, and operating commercial real estate properties.
